Everything Speaks Another Language (orig. title: Alting taler et andet sprog) is a collaborative project between the poet Morten Søndergaard and Christian Leifelt for the curated exhibition "Unikum" - books in one copy.
The book object consists of 13 poems by Morten Søndergaard presented in a white cardboard box with "x-ray images" and a portable light table for reading the poems. The exhibition showed book objects from invited authors, graphic designers, visual artists and architects including Jesper Fabricius, Lars Bukdahl, Kirsten Delholm, Michael Jensen, Åse Eg Jørgensen, Martin Bigum, etc.. Unikum was initiated by Louise Sass and Christian Yde Frostholm and was running at BogForum, november 1997 and at Afsnit P, january 1998. |
